Ping responses can be viewed in two different locations. The Live Dashboard or by Viewing the individual Ping.

Viewing Ping Responses on the Live Dashboard

1. In the Event Dashboard, click the Live Dashboard button
2. View Activity, Issues, and Recent Conversations

When viewing guest activity, a staff member can filter Ping Responses by smiles, neutrals, etc. 

Viewing Ping Responses by Individual Ping

1. In the Event Dashboard, click 'View' next to a Ping to view the responses.

Has an attendee reported a problem? Escalate their response to an Issue. Learn how to do that here
